Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be slightly longer during high-demand periods or new product drops.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on location).

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (available at checkout, when applicable).

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and total package weight.

  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping to most countries.

  • Delivery Time: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Rates: Calculated at checkout. International shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes:

    • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply in their country.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international carriers.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you do not receive tracking info within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@shoplegaseafarms.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once your order has been marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please reach out to us and we’ll help open a claim with the carrier.

Preorders & Limited Drops

Some products may be listed as preorders or limited drops.

Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page. All preorder timelines are subject to change; we’ll notify customers via email if any delays occur.

RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase.

Returns:
Due to the nature of apparel and merchandise, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
